BECOMING A SOFTEC MICROSCIENTIFIC™ FRANCHISEE


Thank you for your interest in becoming a Franchisee.  You have taken the first step toward financial freedom. 

We at SOFTEC MICROSCIENTIFIC™ have a responsibility to deal with both our franchisees and with the end users of our products in an honest, respectful, and professional manner.  We take that responsibility very seriously. 

In order to maintain the integrity of our organization, we need to know that our franchisees are also going to deal honestly, respectfully, and in a professional manner with customers.  Just because an individual has $35,000 to invest does not guarantee that they have the probity we require of our franchisees.

Thus, we screen all prospective franchisees to make sure they are of good moral character prior to accepting any money or signing any franchise contracts. Any information we gather in screening prospective franchisees is held in strictist confidence as per our confidentiality policy described below.
 

 
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
Except as required by a court of law, federal agency, or other law enforcement agency:
 
(1)  All inquiries are confidential.
 
(2) All business dealings are confidential.  If your ex-spouse wants to know how much you earned as a franchisee or how much you paid for your new computer…he or she won’t find out from us.
 
(3) All franchisee information is confidential.  We NEVER sell or give away any information about you to anyone.
 
(4) All customer information is confidential.  We NEVER sell or give away any information on your customers, and our franchise contract PROHIBITS YOU from selling or giving away any information on your customers.
 
(5) Credit card and debit card account numbers are destroyed upon completion of the transaction.  Consumers who make subsequent purchases must supply their credit/debit information again.
